Preity Zinta files molestation case against Ness Wadia

Mumbai:India:
Hindi artist and Bollywood fame and joint possessor of the IPL's Kings-XI-Punjab team, PreityZinta on Friday the 13th night filed a molestation objection case counter to her X- boy friend and business man Mr .Ness Wadia.

In the grievance, Zinta said Ness ill-treated and threatened her inside the Mumbai’s Wankhede Cricket stadium while there was a match between CSK and KXIP.The actress who is 39 year old alleged that she was mistreated by Wadia 44year old inside the Mumbai’s Wankhede Cricket stadium while there was a match between CSK and KXIP on May 30, told police dept sources at Marine-Drive Police station.

But Mr. Ness Wadia on his side has negated the allegations
and he said there is some unknown motivations behind the allegation.

"I am shocked at the complaint and the claims made against me are completely false and groundless," said Mr.Wadia.

On May 30, inside the Mumbai’s Wankhede Cricket stadium while there was a match between CSK and KXIP he alleged that there was nothing happening as such Priety zinta is complaining.

Priety zinta gave a on paper complaint succeeding which an First Information Report was recorded against Wadia under
IPC  sections 354(Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty)
IPC 504 (Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace
IPC  506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation)
IPC 509 (Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman),

the Mumbai Marine Drive Police Department sources explained.

The bollywood actress and the businessman have been dating for a while in the past but had broken their 5 year long relationship earlier some time back.
